★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sta mattina mi sono recata al negozio di Lanciano per fare acquisti per mio figlio, e ho notato che fuori non c'era nessuno chedche desse indicazioni
Ai clienti per entrare nel negozio. Mi sono semplicemente affacciata con il passeggino senza nemmeno entrate completamente e nel negozio c erano a mio avviso troppe persone almeno 4- 5 che giravano e altre che aspettavano in cassa....con lo sguardo cercavo qualche dipendente o titolare che dava direttive, quanto mi sento chiamare dalla cassa e dire da una commessa con tono nervoso e scocciato chiedendomi se secondo me fosse il momento di entrare visto le persone che c erano. Allora io ho detto che avrei aspettato fuori che mi avrebbero chiamato loro questo andò era il momento. Mentre aspettavo da fuoriqfuori da10 minuti, una signora entra tranquillamente nel negozio e vedo che nessuno dice nulla. Allora mi riaffacio e molto gentilmente dici alla fine agazza come maila signora invece é entrata tranquillamente senza che nessuno dicesse nulla. La ragazza sempre nervosa e scocciata mi ha risposto che se la gente non dice buongiorno lei non sapere chi entra e chi esce. Allora io ho salutato e ho detto che sarei andata altrove... questo é sicuramente un comportamento a dir poco professionale e ho perso minuti preziosi della mia mattinata con un bimbo piccolo. In più in tempo di covid questa gestione poco precisa e seria non é per nulla rassicurante...penso che i i miei acquisti li farò in altri negozi ...

Then I said I would wait outside that they would call me this went it was time. While I waited 10 minutes outside, a lady quietly enters the shop and I see that nobody says anything. Then I reappear and very kindly say at the end agazza as maila lady instead entered quietly without anyone saying anything. The always nervous and annoyed girl replied that if people don't say good morning she won't know who enters and who leaves. So I said goodbye and I said that I would go elsewhere ... this is certainly professional behavior to say the least and I lost precious minutes of my morning with a small child. In addition, in time of covid this inaccurate and serious management is not at all reassuring ... I think I will make my purchases in other stores ...
