 Lady inside extremely kind in the advice. He let me choose perfumes with extreme naturalness and without making me feel any pressure, which is now very rare in most stores. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sui capi nulla da dire. Ma una commessa in particolare veramente poco professionale, sono andata con un’amica ed è stata quasi accusata di furto per aver provato un capo e averlo rimesso al suo posto. Cambiate personale!
Nothing to say about the garments. But one very unprofessional saleswoman in particular, I went with a friend and was almost accused of theft for trying on a garment and putting it back in its place. Change staff!

The shop is big and deserves. It has many garments and accessories BUT THE CHOICE TO PLACE THE CHILDREN'S DEPARTMENT ON TOP WITHOUT ELEVATORS OR STAIRS? Did a genius give birth to this choice? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negozio di abbigliamento ben allestito e organizzato, tuttavia due esperienze davvero negative con il personale mi fanno dubitare del fatto che tornerò mai in questo negozio. Un'addetta alla vendita tempo fa richiamò una mia amica, con tono davvero arrogante e maleducato, dicendole che quello in cui si trovava era il reparto da uomini. Credo che in un negozio ognuno sia libero di andare nei reparti che preferisce, senza doversi neanche giustificare.
Recentemente invece ho vissuto in prima persona un'esperienza negativa con la stessa commessa, la quale ha iniziato a farmi domande su un capo che avevo provato in camerino e sembrava proprio che stesse insinuando che volessi rubarlo! (Senza avere neanche borsa, zaino o altro con me).
Un personale così scortese e poco accogliente fa tutto tranne che venir voglia di tornare in negozio, perché a nessuno piace essere guardati come se si fosse dei criminali oppure sentirsi accusati senza alcuna ragione mentre si fa shopping. Consiglio di assumere persone più cortesi e che non facciano scappare i clienti.
A well set up and organized clothing shop, however two really bad experiences with the staff make me doubt that I will ever return to this shop. Some time ago a sales clerk called a friend of mine back, in a really arrogant and rude tone, telling her that what she was in was the men's department. I believe that in a shop everyone is free to go to the departments they prefer, without even having to justify themselves.
Recently, however, I personally experienced a negative experience with the same saleswoman, who started asking me questions about a garment that I had tried on in the dressing room and it seemed that she was implying that I wanted to steal it! (Without even having a bag, backpack or anything else with me).
Such rude and unwelcoming staff do everything but want to go back to the shop, because no one likes to be looked at as if they were a criminal or to feel accused for no reason while shopping. I recommend hiring people who are more courteous and do not let customers run away.
