Anziché chiudere alle 20:00, alle 19:45 hanno ribadito di essere chiusi!
Non è un comportamento accettabile per gente che viene da fuori paese.

It is not acceptable behavior for people from outside the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari di chiusura non rispettati, ho trovato le porte chiuse con la commessa all'interno del negozio che continuava a dirmi che l'attività era CHIUSA nonostante fossero le 19:45 anziche le 20:00..
Closing times not respected, I found the doors closed with the saleswoman inside the shop who kept telling me that the business was CLOSED despite it being 19:45 instead of 20:00 ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che i prodotti ovs hanno una discreta qualità ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente buono. Si compra bene x i piccoli, ma devo dire che per ordine i vari ovs lasciano desiderare, sicuramente da migliorare.
I must say that ovs products have a good quality and the quality / price ratio is definitely good. You buy well the little ones, but I have to say that by order the various ovs leave you want, certainly to be improved.

Poco personale, ma gentile. Aggiungerei qualche sedia o panca al piano superiore, sarebbe utile per mamme come me che portano i propri piccoli con se per far provare i vestiti o scarpe
Lots of promotions on children's clothes.
Little personal, but kind. I would add a few chairs or benches to the upper floor, it would be useful for mothers like me who bring their children with them to try on clothes or shoes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo in data odierna da ovs,circa le 12:15, mi dirigo al primo piano,avendo due figli piccoli da vestire.
Tra i vari corridoi e capi perdo la cognizione del tempo, con i bimbi che provano di continuo vestiti... ad un tratto va via la musica, si spengono le luci e una signora, cliente come me, mi chiarisce che è ora di chiusura.
Io rimango letteralmente sconcertata! Ma è mai possibile che questo è il modo di avvertire i clienti che il negozio sta per chiudere? Forse saranno sprovvisti di microfono per le comunicazioni, penso; oppure le commesse sono impossibilitate a fare due rampe di scale per avvisare i clienti, magari hanno paura di rassodare troppo i quadricipiti...
Non posso crederci e così scendiamo al piano terra e mi dirigo alla cassa dove trovo la direttrice molto infastidita e una commessa alla cassa, la quale mi comunica che,essendo gia' le 13:05,ormai ha chiuso il registratore e che per pagare dovrei tornare nel pomeriggio.
Io , ancora più sconcertata, faccio notare che sono impossibilitata, in quanto di fuori paese, e che cmq non si tratta così la gente che ti permette di vivere! Avrei potuto capire chi si presenta quasi ad orario di chiusura e magari acquista solo un capo, ma io ero lì da circa un'ora e non ho speso poco.
Al di là di quanto sia stato il budget di spesa non è per niente cortese da parte del personale di qualsiasi attività commerciale.
Per concludere, ovs di Partinico non incasserà neanche un centesimo dei miei soldi.

Among the various corridors and garments I lose track of time, with the children who constantly try on clothes ... suddenly the music goes away, the lights go out and a lady, a customer like me, makes it clear to me that it is closing time .
I am literally baffled! But is it possible that this is the way to warn customers that the store is about to close? Maybe they won't have a communications microphone, I think; or the orders are unable to go up two flights of stairs to warn customers, maybe they are afraid of firming their quadriceps too much ...
I can't believe it and so we go down to the ground floor and I go to the cashier where I find the manager very annoyed and a saleswoman at the cashier, who tells me that, since it is already 13: 05, she has now closed the register and that to pay I should come back in the afternoon.
I, even more disconcerted, I point out that I am unable, as I am from outside the country, and that cmq it is not like this the people who allow you to live! I could have understood who shows up almost at closing time and maybe just buys one item, but I had been there for about an hour and I didn't spend little.
Regardless of what the spending budget was, it is not at all courteous on the part of the staff of any business.
To conclude, ovs di Partinico will not collect even a cent of my money.
