★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricevuto un articolo in regalo, mi presento dopo qualche giorno per cambiare la taglia mantenendo lo stesso articolo e mi chiedono una differenza di prezzo giustificandolo col fatto che era cambiata la collezione. Lascio a voi ogni considerazione sulla serietà dei responsabili di questo punto vendita.
 Received an article as a present, I introduce myself after a few days to change the size keeping the same item and ask me for a price difference justifying it with the fact that the collection had changed. I leave you every consideration on the seriousness of the managers of this point of sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto da ovs raramente per quanto riguarda l'abbigliamento, di solito compro trucchi e creme. E ultimamente nemmeno questo, vista non solo la totale disorganizzazione della sezione make up, ma anche per quanto riguarda la poca cura. Prendo un prodotto e puntualmente o vedo che è già stato usato o mi tingo le mani di trucco, visto che lo scaffale è letteralmente sporco. E purtroppo la colpa è sia della clientela sia del personale, bisogna fornire i tester. La disorganizzazione e la sporcizia fanno perdere parecchi punti; per l'ennesima volta oggi sono tornata da ovs e tanto per cambiare, mi sono rifiutata di acquistare qualcosa.
Buying from ovs rarely with regards to clothing, I usually buy makeup and creams. And lately even this, given not only the total disorganization of the make-up section, but also as regards the lack of care. I take a product and punctually I see that it has already been used or I dye my hands of makeup, since the shelf is literally dirty. And unfortunately the fault lies with both the clientele and the staff, we need to provide the testers. Disorganization and filth make you lose several points; for the umpteenth time today I returned from ovs and for a change, I refused to buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio della catena Ovs all'interno del centro commerciale la perla dello stretto. Meno male che c'è questo negozio altrimenti nel centro non ci sarebbe molto altro di interessante. Il negozio a volte è disordinato ma dipende dagli orari e dal fatto che secondo me ci sono pochi commessi in base alla mole di lavoro da svolgere. Il personale è comunque molto cortese e disponibile.
Ovs chain store inside the mall the pearl of the strait. Luckily there is this shop otherwise in the center there would not be much more interesting. The shop is sometimes messy but it depends on the times and the fact that I think there are few salesmen based on the amount of work to do. The staff is however very courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio si presenta discretamente. Gli addetti quasi introvabili per chiedere informazioni. Tanto disordine tra i capi ( sicuramente è colpa dei clienti maleducati, ma mettere a posto no?) camerini pieni di capi che la gente prova e lascia lì e, purtroppo, spesso pieni di polvere. La zona trucchi e creme è sempre sottosopra... Io non riesco a comprare mai nulla! Andrebbe curato di più e il personale più attento alla clientela. Può migliorare.
The shop is discreetly presented. The workers almost unobtainable to ask for information. So much disorder among the leaders (surely it is the fault of the rude customers, but to put in place no?) Dressing rooms full of garments that people try and leave there and, unfortunately, often full of dust. The area tricks and creams is always upside down ... I can never buy anything! It should be treated more and the staff more attentive to customers. It can be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente questo negozio. La cura per i dettagli, sia per quanto riguarda l ordine che la pulizia, è davvero molto alta. L' attenzione per il cliente è davvero apprezzabile, con commesse sempre disponibili e molto gentili. Recatomi li un paio di giorni fa, mi sono trovato subito a mio agio, con il personale che mi ha aiutato subito a trovare taglie e abbinamenti utili. Non a caso la mia valutazione finale è 5/5
I highly recommend this shop. The attention to detail, both in terms of order and cleanliness, is very high. The attention to the customer is really appreciated, with orders always available and very kind. When I went there a couple of days ago, I immediately felt at ease, with the staff who immediately helped me find useful sizes and combinations. It is no coincidence that my final rating is 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comoda la posizione del negozio ma sono sempre stata delusa dalla gestione:
- io sono una taglia comoda e quella sezione è sempre scarsa di scelte e molto trascurata
- le relle in sconto sono confusionarie e sature di roba che risale alle guerre puniche, spesso rovinate, con prezzi non convenienti e poco chiari.
- il personale è rilassatissimo, se chiedi info a uno ti dice di chiedere alla collega. Alla cassa ho atteso 10 minuti che due ragazze smettessero di parlare tra di loro, e, notatandomi, una ha chiesto: deve pagare?
Sono certa che il responsabile, se ce n'è uno, non è all'altezza. Peccato
Convenient location of the shop but I have always been disappointed by the management:
- I'm a comfortable size and that section is always poor in choices and very neglected
- the discounted relle are confusing and saturated with stuff that dates back to the Punic wars, often ruined, with prices that are not convenient and unclear.
- the staff is very relaxed, if you ask someone for info, they tell you to ask the colleague. At the cashier I waited 10 minutes for two girls to stop talking to each other, and noticing me, one asked: do you have to pay?
I am sure that the person responsible, if there is one, is not up to par. Sin
