Gli attrezzi sono ben tenuti e funzionanti al meglio é tra una sudata e l' altra il "Cagnone" Cookies ti fa compagnia. L' ambiente e ben pulito così come lo sono i bagni, gli spogliatoi (per lui e per lei) e tutti i locali adiacenti. Grazie alle sue ampie vetrate la palestra é illuminatissima da luce narurale. Il parcheggio é comodissimo. All' interno ci sono distributori di bevande calde, di drink per riacquistare le forze e prodotti energetici. Leo insieme a Dana con la loro competenza e professionalità ti seguiranno passo passo con schede tecniche, consigli, suggerimenti e quant' altro possa servire affinchè le tue ore di allenamento vengano svolte al meglio. É possibile usufruire di ingressi giornalieri, mensili, trimestrali, semestrali e annuali. Gli abbonamenti non comprendono la quota associativa, (25 €) validità annua. Per quanto riguarda i "corsi", sul sito viene riportato pugilato che non è per niente la disciplina che viene svolta durante il corso. Immagino infatti non siano riconosciuti dalla FPI vedendo come viene svolta la lezione, col gomitate, calci e ginocchiata mai viste tra le corde di questo sport. Non ci sono attrezzature specifiche ed il coach non dimostra conoscenza specifica, oltre che risultare a tratti molto menefreghista. The weight room is small but still clean and tidy. As for the "courses", boxing is reported on the site which is not at all the discipline that is carried out during the course. In fact, I imagine they are not recognized by the FPI seeing how the lesson is carried out, with elbows, kicks and knees never seen between the ropes of this sport. There are no specific equipment and the coach does not demonstrate specific knowledge, as well as being very indifferent at times.
