La ragazza che si occupa della vendita dovrebbe occuparsi totalmente di altro. È una persona con scarsa conoscenza della mansione, ha un pessimo rapporto con il cliente e fa troppe "battutine" quando i prodotti acquistati non sono del suo negozio. Nemmeno l esistenza degli anello di silicone da mettere vicino alla sigaretta per evitare urti,sa qualcosa. Quindi,mi chiedo io, perché aprire un negozio senza conoscere una mazza del prodotto in vendita o assumere in un nuovo punto vendita,una persona che con il lavoro e professionalità non ha nulla a che vedere. L'arte della vendita non è incisa in ogni persona, per saper vendere c'è bisogno di furbizia,conoscenza e tattica. In questi giorni passerò a mostrargli i gommini per la sigaretta elettronica e per dirgli che li,non vedrà mai più me è mia madre. Di certo ad ogni persona che conosco, sconsiglierò vivamente di affidarsi All incompetenza di quella persona.
