Mi aspettavo di indossare scarpe che avessero una tenuta più lunga delle poche ore in cui mi sono ritrovata senza sottotacchi e con la suola estremamente consumata. Dopo due ore mi sono dovuta cambiare le scarpe ed era già avvenuto precedentemente!!!. Quando ho reso noto dell'accaduto il Servizio Clienti tramite mail, le risposte ricevute non sono state degne del nome che avete!!
 I purchased 8 pairs of shoes in a year (in 2 times) and I was very disappointed with the customer service treatment that I contacted to pay attention to the quality of your materials, which do not correspond to the price of your items. I expected to wear shoes that had a longer seal than the few hours in which I found myself without heels and with an extremely worn sole. After two hours I had to change my shoes and it had already happened before !!!. When I announced the Customer Service via email, the replies received were not worthy of the name you have !!
