★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo negozi Primigi anche sotto casa, ma preferisco questo perchè trovi belle scarpe con il giusto prezzo, senza esagerare, perchè parliamo sempre di scarpe per bambini... Personale disponibile e cordiale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio bellissimo...commesse sempre disponibile, gentilissime e cordiali, il massimo per un negozio, mai visto di meglio. Una in particolare ricordo..se non ricordo male si chiama Nunzia...bravissima, molto solare.
Beautiful shop ... always available, very kind and friendly, the best for a store, never seen better. One in particular I remember .. if I remember correctly it is called Nunzia ... very good, very sunny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre acquistato presso questo negozio e nulla da dire, ottimo brand, mi sono sempre trovata bene. Purtroppo però l'ultima volta che sono andata ho trovato delle commesse, una in particolar modo, molto scortesi ed arroganti.. Ho preferito andarmene a mani vuote! Consiglio vivamente di rivalutare queste assunzioni poiché quel giorno non sono stata la sola a dover scappar via dal negozio senza concludere nulla!
I have always bought at this store and nothing to say, excellent brand, I have always found myself well. Unfortunately, however, the last time I went I found some orders, one in particular, very rude and arrogant .. I preferred to leave empty-handed! I highly recommend re-evaluating these assumptions because that day I was not the only one having to run away from the store without concluding anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera sono stata al negozio Primigi. Solitamente mi sono trovata sempre bene, ma ieri per nulla.Da premettere che quasi mai chiedo aiuto agli addetti alla vendita, ma ieri ne avevo di bisogno e chiedevo ma erano più interessati a pulire che ad assistere al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primigi è un marchio che apprezzo molto, il negozio all’outlet di Dittaino propone degli sconti davvero vantaggiosi per prodotti di qualità. Purtroppo oggi esperienza negativa con le commesse: dopo aver comprato diversi capi ieri pomeriggio, mi sono resa conto di dover cambiare una camicia; ho chiamato ieri subito in negozio per farmi tenere da parte la misura più grande; al telefono la commessa mi dice che non ci sono problemi e mi tiene da parte la camicia chiedendomi il nome. Questa mattina prendo i bimbi, li metto in macchina, mi faccio 15 km per arrivare al negozio e mi dicono che la camicia non c’è e che mi devo comprare qualcos’altro. Peccato che non mi servisse nient’altro. La commessa è riuscita a contattare la sua collega di ieri, che le ha detto che la camicia nel frattempo era stata venduta.
Capisco che possa capitare, ma bastava verificare la disponibilità prima di confermarmi al telefono oppure chiedermi il mio numero per richiamarmi e avvisarmi.
Per di più la commessa di questa mattina che mi risponde: “ Signora non so cosa dirle, compri altro..” ... davvero scortese.
Primigi is a brand that I really appreciate, the Dittaino outlet store offers really advantageous discounts for quality products. Unfortunately today a negative experience with orders: after buying several items yesterday afternoon, I realized I had to change a shirt; I immediately called the shop yesterday to have the larger size set aside; on the phone the saleswoman tells me that there are no problems and keeps my shirt aside asking me my name. This morning I take the children, put them in the car, drive 15 km to get to the store and they tell me that the shirt is not there and that I have to buy something else. Too bad I didn't need anything else. The saleswoman managed to contact her colleague yesterday, who told her that the shirt had meanwhile been sold.
I understand that this can happen, but it was enough to check availability before confirming me on the phone or ask me for my number to call me back and notify me.
Moreover, the saleswoman this morning who replied: "Madam I don't know what to tell you, buy something else .." ... really rude.
