★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno consegnato un mobile da montare senza le istruzioni di montaggio. Quando me ne sono accorto ho segnalato la cosa, mi hanno riferito molto scortesemente che le istruzioni non sono obbligatorie. Dopo mia insistenza hanno verificato che in un'altra confezione erano presenti e quindi c'era un problema nella mia confezione.
Non mettero' piu' piede nel negozio.
 They gave me a piece of furniture to assemble without the assembly instructions. When I noticed it I reported it, they told me very rudely that the instructions are not mandatory. After my insistence they checked that in another package they were present and therefore there was a problem in my package.
I will never set foot in the shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un arredamento completo un paio di anni fa. Sulla cordialità dello staff, nulla da eccepire. Gentilissimi, veloci nelle consegne e grande attenzione nel montaggio. Il problema è che dopo i primi mesi si erano già rotti lavabo e forno. Poi è toccato alle sedie. Intanto il materasso si è devastato e le molle nella schiena ci impedivano di dormire. Poco tempo fa anche il frigorifero si è rotto, mentre questa mattina la ciliegina sulla torta: il comó della camera da letto si è autosmontato, ha ceduto durante la notte facendo un baccano incredibile. Insomma, per quanto riguarda la qualità direi che è sicuramente da rivedere. Non ha molto senso risparmiare, se neanche due anni dopo ci si ritrova a dover spendere un sacco di soldi per ricomprare tutto.

The problem is that after the first few months the sink and oven had already broken. Then it was the turn of the chairs. Meanwhile, the mattress was devastated and the springs in the back prevented us from sleeping. Not long ago the refrigerator also broke, while this morning the icing on the cake: the bedroom dresser self-disassembled, collapsed during the night making an incredible noise. In short, as far as quality is concerned I would say that it is definitely worth reviewing. There is little point in saving, if even two years later you find yourself having to spend a lot of money to buy everything back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima e ultima volta che acquisto i mobili in questo negozio. La lavastoviglie non ha mai funzionato, al montaggio i mobili te li distruggono e il divano di scarsissima qualità, già rotto dopo poco tempo. Soldi davvero spesi malissimo, e non forniscono neppure una fattura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aspettato 6mesi per la consegna di un armadio e dei comodini sono arrivati graffiati e con delle pennellate in più e rifiniture da urlo,a loro dire dovevo prendere la merce in quel modo,ho fatto riportare tutto indietro,si sono impegnati a fare riparare quelle imperfezioni,ma nel momento che dovevo riprendere il tutto dopo quasi 1 anno mi chiamano dicendo che avevamo venduto i comodini,che dire sono in gamba solo a fare dirette.no comment
