T	Tobias Sander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnelle, unkomplizierte Hilfe, super Service. Wir waren als Fahrradtouristen auf der Durchreise. Aufgrund eines Unfalls musste die vordere Bremsscheibe getauscht und meine GRX-Schaltung neu eingestellt werden. Nach einer Stunde konnte ich mein Fahrrad wieder abholen, funktionierte alles reibungslos (vordere Steckachse musste ich nochmal nachziehen) Fazit: guter Techniker mit Ahnung, preislich ok, unkomplizierte Hilfe. Vielen Dank! Fast, uncomplicated help, great service. We were passing through as cycle tourists. Due to an accident, the front brake disc had to be replaced and my GRX gearshift readjusted. After an hour I was able to pick up my bike again, everything worked smoothly (I had to tighten the front thru-axle again). Conclusion: good technician with a clue, price ok, uncomplicated help. Hochbetrieb, ich mit dem Fahrrad meiner Frau Nicole und einem hydraulischen Problem an der Bremse am Mountainbike in zweiter Reihe. Das Problem war wegen des enormen Andrangs verständlicher Weise nicht direkt zu reparieren. Der nette Junge Mann bot mir an das Rad in 1 Stunde zu reparieren. Ich war überrascht und natürlich hoch erfreut ?. In der Zwischenzeit setzten wir uns in die wunderbare Bar Sanzeno um tranken perfekte Sekte und bekamen köstliche Tapa serviert. Eine schöne Pause und nach 1 guten Stunde Aufenthalt war das Bike repariert. Vielen Dank den beiden Jungen sehr engagierten Herren für diese enorme Leistung! Ihr seid SPITZE ? Here I got to know real service! It's busy, me with my wife Nicole's bike and a hydraulic problem with the brake on my mountain bike in the second row. The problem could understandably not be repaired directly because of the enormous demand. The nice young man offered me to repair the bike in 1 hour. I was surprised and of course delighted ?. In the meantime we sat down in the wonderful Bar Sanzeno to drink perfect sparkling wine and were served delicious tapas. A nice break and after an hour's stay the bike was repaired. Many thanks to the two young, very committed gentlemen for this enormous achievement! You are TOP ?

Karl hat uns tolle Touren und Trails gezeigt und war auch sonst ein Super-Guide - für jeden Spaß zu haben! :-) Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert! Gruß von den Donnersbikern! We had a great time (May / June 2021) in Vinschgau with our guide Karl von Ötzi Bike! Karl showed us great tours and trails and was a great guide in other respects - up for everyone to have fun! :-) Definitely worth a recommendation! Greetings from the thunder bikers!

R	Rolf Homann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionell und zuverlässig in jeder Hinsicht. Mit wirklich guten EMTBs in erstklassigem Zustand. Kompetente und unaufdringliche Beratung. Damit haben Ötzi-Bikes gute Aussichten die Bekanntheit des Namensgebers zu erreichen. Das eigene EMTB kann man getrost zuhause lassen. Für wirklich grosse Touren würde ich einen Ersatzakku empfehlen. Da kann man sich ganz auf die grossartige Landschaft konzentrieren. Professional and reliable in every respect. With really good EMTBs in first class condition. Competent and unobtrusive advice. This means that Ötzi bikes have a good chance of becoming known as the namesake. You can safely leave your own EMTB at home. For really big tours I would recommend a spare battery. You can concentrate fully on the great landscape.
F	Frank Thoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten plötzlich unterwegs an unserem 2 Monate alten E-Bike keinen Antrieb mehr, sind dann ohne Termin vorbei gefahren, ohne groß zu fragen direkt mit nach draußen ans Fahrrad gekommen den Metall Kontakt am Hinterrad eingestellt kurz angefahren und funktioniert wieder alles 100% , kostenlos wurde das gemacht, das nenne ich mal Service ? werden auf jeden Fall wenn wir wieder etwas brauchen oder anderes dort hinfahren wenn wir in Naturns zu Gast sind ? Suddenly we had no drive on our 2-month-old e-bike on the way, then drove past without an appointment, without asking too much, came straight outside to the bike, adjusted the metal contact on the rear wheel, briefly drove to it and everything worked 100% again, free of charge done that, that's what I call service ? will definitely go there if we need something again or if we are guests in Naturns ?
M	Marcel van K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented two mountain bikes, the most expensive class available (without motor). The reservation was made two months in advance. Both bikes were in bad conditions. On both bikes the brake pads were worn, during cycling the bikes made many sounds. Not only brakes had a problem, but also the ball head was cracking like crazy. Happy the bikes did not collapse ?. After returning the employee acknowledged both bikes had problems, and then silence.... he did not offer anything to make up for the poor performance. Not very customer friendly I would say. I can recommend cycling in the area. It is beautiful.
