★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sistemato il mio appartamento (pavimenti e rivestimenti bagni, con mobili bagni compresi) da loro. Hanno sicuramente prodotti di qualità e si affidano a marche eccelse. A livello di prezzi, sono più che competitivi e trattano bene il cliente. Sono riusciti a portare a termine i lavori, certo con qualche intoppo e qualche leggera dilazione di tempistiche, nel bel mezzo di una pandemia, con tutti i problemi connessi (fornitori lenti, difficoltà di lavoro per via dei dpcm, ecc). Se non è questo un segno di competenza e bravura, non saprei cos'altro lo possa essere.
Nota importante è che si affidano a posatori bravissimi, che riescono a sistemare tutto secondo le esigenze del cliente.
Se siete in procinto di ristrutturare o di sistemare casa, affidatevi a loro e non rimarrete delusi.
Un ringraziamento speciale ad Elisa (a cui vi consiglio di affidarvi) che mi ha guidato in questo viaggio con attenzione, calma e gentilezza.
I arranged my apartment (bathroom floors and walls, including bathroom furniture) from them. They certainly have quality products and rely on excellent brands. In terms of prices, they are more than competitive and treat the customer well. They managed to complete the work, certainly with some hitch and some slight delay in timing, in the middle of a pandemic, with all the related problems (slow suppliers, work difficulties due to the dpcm, etc.). If this isn't a sign of competence and skill, I don't know what else it can be.
An important note is that they rely on very good installers, who are able to arrange everything according to the customer's needs.
If you are in the process of renovating or arranging your home, rely on them and you will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza appuntamento faccio un giro presso la loro sede per vedere dei camini dovendone acquistare uno. Chiedo con molta gentilezza e disponibilità se anche senza appuntamento e’ possibile anche aspettando parlare con qualcuno e la segreteria mi risponde che non è possibile. Nemmeno per 5 minuti. Sicuramente non comprerò nulla da loro. Non si trattano così i clienti. Non ero lì per far perdere tempo a nessuno.

I ask with great kindness and availability if even without an appointment it is possible even waiting to talk to someone and the secretariat replies that it is not possible. Not even for 5 minutes. I will definitely not buy anything from them. You don't treat customers like that. I wasn't there to waste anyone's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bel negozio e ottimo assortimento. Purtroppo pessima esperienza, mi ritrovo con quanto scritto nelle altre recensioni negative. Manca client care. Dopo il pagamento tocca aspettare, inutile chiamare perché non sanno fissare appuntamenti.
E mi spiace notare che, oltre a non trovare il mio nominativo, avete tempo per rispondere alle recensioni ma non alle chiamate (documentabili) effettuate a suo tempo.
Per rinfrescarvi la memoria, e ho ancora la mail inviata alla sig.ra Cristina, dovevate rendermi delle scatole di piastrelle di scorta perché quelle consegnate erano in parte rotte.
