Potrei dire che ci si sente in famiglia, che la loro professionalità e la sicurezza dei prodotti sono all'ordine del giorno.. Potrei aggiungere che sono persone di buon cuore e oneste, che sembra poco e non lo è davvero.. Ma mi limito a dire che le parole non bastano e che mai come in questo caso, bisogna vedere con i propri occhi. Nonostante avessi una prescrizione oculistica, la d.ssa Laura mi ha sottoposto ad una visita altrettanto scrupolosa e mi ha consigliato nella scelta spiegandomi le caratteristiche delle lenti in commercio, con attenzione anche all’aspetto economico. Mi ha insegnato anche come portare gli occhiali e come fare per abituare l’occhio alle correzioni. Finalmente un esercizio commerciale dove le esigenze del cliente prevalgono sull’esigenza di profitto del commerciante. Lo consiglio vivamente e ringrazio la dottoressa Laura per la sua gentilezza . Un posto in cui ti senti sicuro di essere in mano a professionisti competenti e umani e perché no, dove poter anche sorridere liberamente. Parlo sia del Dott. Grechi, un medico eccellente e alla mano, ma in particolare di Sergio che mi ha sempre dimostrato interesse e cura massima soprattutto nei dettagli, cosa non da poco. Resto quindi estremamente soddisfatto e sicuro nell'essermi rivolto alle persone giuste.. Consigliatissimo davvero... L'attenzione e la cura che hanno verso ogni loro cliente è una rarità. Ottica Ranieri è una garanzia per chiunque voglia sottoporsi ad una visita assolutamente meticolosa e con strumentazioni all'avanguardia, e voglia essere guidato nella scelta delle montature e delle lenti più adatte a lui. Sono sempre, infatti, stata consigliata al meglio quando dovevo scegliere i miei occhiali (ormai ho perso il conto di quanti ne abbia avuti), lasciandomi soddisfatta ad ogni acquisto. In passato mi hanno seguito anche nella scelta delle lenti a contatto, cercando di capire insieme a me quali fossero quelle più confortevoli per il mio occhio. Hanno dimostrato moltissima pazienza e accuratezza chiedendomi dei feedback ad ogni prova. Recentemente ho fatto conoscere Ottica Ranieri anche al mio compagno che aveva decisamente bisogno di un nuovo paio di occhiali. I risultati sono stati due: il suo verdetto di "occhiali più fighi mai avuti" e la mia invidia per i suoi occhiali che mi ha convinta a comprarne un nuovo paio per me.
