Entrata per caso, stavo cercando una persona competente per ordinare Lenti, con ricetta di importante oculista milanese. Dott.Flavio (responsabile del negozio)riscontra che se avessi fatto le lenti come da ricetta non avrei visto nulla. Subito rifatto prove e ordinato lenti corrette per il mio caso. Molto disponibile anche quando ho chiesto lenti a contatto. Mi ha trovato soluzione sia per lontano che da vicino ,e parlo di molto anni fa'. Ultima considerazione ma non ultima per importanza non forza gli acquisti, ti fa' sentire libera senza irritazione, come succede in alcuni negozi. Credo di aver detto tutto. Lo consiglio assolutamente. I've been relying on "Point of View" optics for years. I entered by chance, I was looking for a competent person to order lenses, with a prescription from an important Milanese ophthalmologist. Dr. Flavio (shop manager) finds that if I had made the lenses according to the prescription I would not have seen anything. I immediately re-tested and ordered correct lenses for my case. Also very helpful when I asked for contact lenses. He found a solution for me both far and near, and I'm talking about many years ago. Last but not least, it does not force purchases, it makes you feel free without irritation, as happens in some shops. I think I've said it all. I absolutely recommend it.

In questi anni non ho mai trovato nessuno come Ottica Punto di Vista (e ne ho provati tanti), dove l'ottico Flavio è diventato per me un punto di riferimento. Flavio ama il suo lavoro e si vede dal modo in cui ti spiega ogni cosa che fa, inutile dire che le cose le fa anche molto bene. I consigli che dà sono sempre a favore del cliente, ci tiene a fare il suo lavoro bene e in modo del tutto onesto. Il negozio è sempre pulito e ordinato, chi ci lavora gentile, competente ed accogliente. I'm 21 and have been wearing glasses since I was 6: I don't love them very much, but I can't be without them. In recent years I have never found anyone like Ottica Punto di Vista (and I have tried many), where the optician Flavio has become a point of reference for me. Flavio loves his job and it shows in the way he explains everything he does to you, needless to say that he also does things very well. The advice he gives is always in favor of the client, he is keen to do his job well and in a completely honest way. The shop is always clean and tidy, the people who work there are kind, competent and welcoming.

Il personale è competente, attento alle esigenze e soprattutto sono estremamente "gentili" soprattutto Flavio, che trova sempre soluzioni a ogni tipo di problematica. Il negozio è ben fornito ed i prodotti sono davvero ottimi. Soprattutto, la cosa che personalmente ho gradito e apprezzato di più, è L’ASSOLUTA GENTILEZZA e la grande COMPETENZA del personale. Io sono stato aiutato da Flavio che, con estrema professionalità e pazienza, mi ha fatto provare molte montature per la scelta dei miei due paia di occhiali e ne sono soddisfatto.
