Una cosa a mio avviso importante è che oltre all'esposizione c'è lo studio per la visita optometrica ed il laboratorio con il quale montano in tempo reale le lenti sulle montature. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ho fatto la sostituzione delle lenti da sole ai miei ray-ban ed è stato fatto nel giro di 5 minuti alla perfezione. Ormai siamo clienti abituali in famiglia. g	gabriele uccello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei voluto dare sicuramente 5 stelle per il trattamento avuto quando ho comprato gli occhiali da vista sia per la disponibilità che per la professionalità dimostrata al momento dell'acquisto per la presentazione sia della monetatura che dei vetri e bla...bla.. bla.......Purtroppo dopo pochi mesi ci sono stati dei problemi ai vetri (antiriflesso e fotocromatura),mi sono portato al negozio e mi sono sentito dire dal titolare che i vetri non erano di qualità cosa che mi ha lasciato di stucco spesi oltre i 200 euro...dopo che li aveva elogiati al momento dell'acquisto. A precisare che sono un vecchio cliente e gli ho portato molti amici....Speriamo che non abbiano avuto problemi.Tengo a precisare che gli occhiali erano di mia moglie Stassi P...e solo dopo le mie dimostranze e ripeto gli occhiali stavano ancora in garanzia sono stati mandati in fabbrica ma lo stesso ho pagato 8 euro.....Siete pregato di controllare ciò che ho detto.....Distinti saluti: Le lamentele sono state rivolte personalmente al titolare. In più non posso dimenticare il clima stupendo di energia e cordialità che ho sentito in questo store. Non avevo mai ricevuto prima una visita oculistica così gentile e accurata, e una guida così paziente e attenta nella scelta della montatura che mi facesse sentire più a mio agio. Giorni fa ho purtroppo rotto una stecca laterale dei miei occhiali Moleskine, comprati da loro. Ero già pronto al peggio (magari addirittura a cambiare montatura), quando in realtà appena glie li ho presentati senza nemmeno troppe spiegazioni si sono resi disponibili a ripararli e addirittura mi hanno cambiato entrambe le stecche. Non è nemmeno stato necessario lo scontrino dato che hanno le credenziali dei loro clienti in un loro database. Costo? Gratuito, gli occhiali hanno garanzia. Inoltre questa montatura è molto costosa ma non hanno fatto alcun tipo di problema. Da anni li scelgo per la loro estrema professionalità, ogni singolo dipendente ti accoglie con estrema gentilezza e con dei modi davvero stupendi. Sono educati, simpatici e cosa più importante: sanno fare il loro mestiere. Inoltre, se si è loro cliente la visita oculistica è gratuita. Continuerò a scegliere loro, e non posso che augurare ai miei conoscenti di poter scegliere Ottica Optomarket. I was already ready for the worst (maybe even to change frames), when in reality as soon as I presented them to them without even too many explanations they made themselves available to repair them and even changed both of my splints. They didn't even need a receipt as they have their customers' credentials in their database. Cost? Free, the glasses have a guarantee. Also this mount is very expensive but they didn't have any kind of problem. For years I have chosen them for their extreme professionalism, every single employee welcomes you with extreme kindness and with truly wonderful ways. They are polite, nice and most importantly: they know their job. Furthermore, if you are their client, the eye examination is free. I will continue to choose them, and I can only wish my acquaintances to be able to choose Ottica Optomarket.
