Qui ho trovato quello che cercavo: massima professionalità e meticolosità nell'esame della vista e altrettanta nella spiegazione di pro e contro delle varie soluzioni proposte. Having an important visual defect, the utmost care is taken in choosing the optician-optometrist. Here I found what I was looking for: maximum professionalism and meticulousness in examining eyesight and as much in explaining the pros and cons of the various solutions proposed. I couldn't ask for anything better, I thank everyone and in particular Stefano and Monica for following me flawlessly.

Stefano, il titolare, si è impegnato da subito nella visita per decidere come intervenire per soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze. E poi che dire di Monica? Molto cordiale, attenta ed empatia. Mi ha consigliata su quale tipo di lente sarebbe stata perfetta per me ed effettivamente ci ha azzeccato. Super anche il momento della consegna degli occhiali: hanno incontrato tutte le mie esigenze per poterli indossare il prima possibile. Cosa sorprendente è il post vendita, Monica è molto premurosa anche in questa fase dove si assicura che il prodotto sia perfetto in ogni sua sfaccettatura. Che dire, un’ottima scoperta! The moment of delivery of the glasses was also super: they met all my needs to be able to wear them as soon as possible. What is surprising is the after-sales service, Monica is very attentive even in this phase where she makes sure that the product is perfect in every aspect. What can I say, an excellent discovery!
