★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottica poco fornita, con poche montature e personale poco rispettoso alla richiesta che volevo stare dentro una cifra, avete perso un cliente, in quanto appena, in modo poco educato un signore mi ha risposto alle mie richieste, mi sono ripreso la mia ricetta per gli occhiali che dovevo fare e sono andato da un'altra parte trovandomi molto meglio.
Optics poorly supplied, with few frames and staff not respectful to the request that I wanted to stay inside a figure, you have lost a customer, because as soon as, in a not very polite way, a gentleman answered my requests, I took back my recipe for the glasses that I had to do and I went somewhere else finding myself much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile: tutte le volte che avevo domande su montature/modelli/lenti sono sempre stati esaustivi e pazienti. Trovare una vetrina con così tanti occhiali è raro persino a Milano.
The staff is always friendly and helpful: whenever I have questions about frames / models / lenses they have always been thorough and patient. Finding a shop window with so many glasses is rare even in Milan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero non capisco il tono di certe recensioni. Scortesi, maleducati, poco forniti. Mi sarebbe piaciuto assistere alla cosiddetta risposta sgarbata: come avete posto le domande?
Sono anni che ci vado e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Quando ho chiesto informazioni su alcune tecnologie si sono sempre fatti in 4 per spiegare nel modo più esaustivo possibile. É vero il negozio é piccolo ma c'é di tutto un po' dalle marche più blasonate del momento a quelle meno conosciute più economiche, altrettanto funzionali.
A mio parere é un buon ottico, poi se volete perdere il pomeriggio a provare occhiali perché siete incontentabili qui avete vita breve e allora dovete andare nel negozio più "figo".

I really don't understand the tone of certain reviews. Rude, rude, poorly provided. I would have liked to have seen the so-called rude answer: how did you ask the questions?
I've been going there for years and I've always enjoyed it. When I asked about some technologies, they always went out of their way to explain in the most comprehensive way possible. It is true the shop is small but there is a little bit of everything from the most famous brands of the moment to the lesser known cheaper ones, just as functional.
In my opinion he is a good optician, then if you want to waste the afternoon trying glasses because you are insatiable, you have a short life here and then you have to go to the coolest shop.
