Nell'occasione ho approfittato per vedere un paio di occhiali che mi necessitavano. Sono rimasta sorpresa dalla velocità della visita , di conseguenza la scelta della montatura e l'immediata realizzazione in tempo reale del tutto. Poi da uno , ne ho acquistati due, per una modicissima spesa.Personale gentilissimo!!! Il titolare, persona cortesissima, ha descritto ni minimi particolari il problema e consigliato il da farsi, anzi a fine servizio, si è intrattenuto anche un pochino con noi, descivendoci la sua attività con la quale è cresciuto.Mai ricevuto un servizio cosi rapido. Ho ritirato presso il mio secondo paio di occhiali progressive piu fotocromatici devo dire perfetti non c'è stato bisogno di ritocchi o modifiche la competenza e professionalità far si che sono affidabili nel loro lavoro poi un accoglinza familiare ti consigliano nelle scelte e spiegano nel modo più semplice grazie di tutto e alla prossima occasione I bought my first pair of glasses with progressive lenses as soon as I put them on, I never took them off in 2019 and now I return for the second one, found professionalism, competence and hospitality as well as honest prices. Vi rendo merito del fatto che avete sempre molte persone e che sia difficile gestire le esigenze di tutti. Per questo noi clienti ci sentiamo all'interno di una catena di montaggio: non si può riflettere molto sulla montatura perchè si deve liberare spazio il prima possibile... Ma non è tanto questo... la cosa che dovreste modificare è il fatto che le montature non sono visibili, e non dico accessibili, ma visibili al cliente: decidete voi quali far vedere e questo vi limita e ci limita nella scelta. A volte ci si trova a dover sceglere solo tra 2 o 3 montature che è piuttosto riduttivo...Noi veniamo da lontano e non sappiamo mai se saremo fortunati nel trovare quello che ci piace o se, invece, dovremo "accontentarci" . Vi invito a riflettere su una riorganizzazione perchè mi sembra di non essere l'unica persona a farvi questo appunto . Mi dispiace perchè ... mia madre probabilmente continuerete ad accontentarla ma le persone più giovani purtroppo vi saluteranno... Nel mio caso di un occhiale progressivo mi sono state proposte 5 o 6 montature nn di più e sinceramente anche un po fuori moda . Il personale l'ho trovato nn proprio affabile , diciamo anche un po sbrigativo , un po tipo catena di montaggio. Io nn lo consiglio, ma è solo un mio parere!!! Nel sito c'è scritto che ti consegnano l occhiale in un ora....ma solo lenti da vicino e lontano e questo andrebbe specificato!!! Buona la misurazione della vista e nelle lenti penso ci sia da risparmiare rispetto ad altri ottici. Risposta a ottica Merli. Visita fatta e spiegata nei minimi dettagli proprio dal il signor Merli, una persona davvero alla mano e che trasmette la passione per il suo lavoro. Il tragitto è stato lungo ma ricompensato pienamente. Un negozio in grado di farti subito una visita, con apposito numerino, lenti graduate per ogni esigenza e messa in opera per la consegna quasi immediata. Spesa super economica, le due lenti graduate fatte di nuovo sulla montatura da me portata è stata di soli 30 euro totali. Consigliatissimo e alla prossima. Strumentazione all'avanguardia per la misurazione ed il controllo della vista. Hanno il laboratorio all'interno quindi è possibile ritirare gli occhiali olè riparazioni con una giusta attesa. Materiali usati di qualità e ampissima scelta di modelli e di marchi sia da sole che da vista a dei prezzi che non trovate altrove. Bello il locale pulito curato e con ampie zone di attesa.
