Fino a qualche giorno fa, quando sono stato trattato in un modo in cui mai nessuno si è permesso in vita mia. Mancanza di rispetto, professionalità, educazione, mi hanno fatto passare per una persona che voleva elemosinare pochi euro, per qualcuno che era andato in negozio con intenti di farsi cambiare pezzi per questioni inesistenti, sono stato accusato di voler farmi cambiare delle lenti gratuitamente accusando altri di aver fatto un lavoro scorretto, tutto questo davanti ad altri clienti, rimproverato ad alta voce, insultando la mia persona in maniera orribile. Alla fine sono stato costretto ad andarmene dopo una lunga discussione senza aver risolto nulla. Ho fatto presente il tutto tramite mail e non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondermi. Ci sono centri migliori, o se non migliori ma che almeno trattano i clienti come persone. Lack of respect, professionalism, education, they made me pass for a person who wanted to beg a few euros, for someone who had gone to the store with the intention of having pieces changed for non-existent issues, I was accused of wanting to change my lenses for free, accusing others for having done a bad job, all this in front of other clients, scolded aloud, insulting my person in a horrible way. Eventually I was forced to leave after a long discussion without resolving anything. I reported everything by email and they did not even deign to answer me. There are better, or if not better, centers that at least treat customers like people.
