★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa ve la voglio raccontare. Compro due paia di occhiali a marzo . Uno dei due...di non elevato costo....dopo qualche mese presenta evidenti problemi sulle lenti...viene meno in parte la polarizzazione nella parte centrale . Passiamo per il negozio , mostriamo gli occhiali a dimostrazione che il problema non era nell'uso ma nella qualità del prodotto . I presenti prendono il nostro numero di telefono...per farci sapere in merito alla sostituzione delle lenti. Dopo qualche giorno ci contattano..e ci dicono che essendo un modello datato, non ci sono sostituzioni ne delle lenti ne degli occhiali. Caparbiamente contatto tramite mail l'azienda produttrice dettagliando quello che ho descritto in precedenza. L'azienda..di una serietà unica, mi chiede di inviare le foto ed il codice dell'asticella. Dopo 24 ore mi hanno contattato non solo riferendomi che il prodotto era disponibile, ma che me lo avrebbero inviato in sostituzione entro 24/48 ore, mostrando tra l'altro il loro disappunto del trattamento riservatoci dall'ottico.....Non voglio lasciare giudizi. Avrei il gusto ed il piacerebbe pubblicare il contenuto delle mail.......ma non ne vale la pena.....darei fin troppa importanza.....a chi non lo merita. E queste eppur sono le ginestre....figuriamoci il resto.... :-(
 I want to tell you this. I buy two pairs of glasses in March. One of the two ... not expensive ... after a few months it has obvious problems on the lenses ... the polarization in the central part is less in part. Let's go through the store, we show the glasses as proof that the problem was not in the use but in the quality of the product. Those present take our phone number ... to let us know about lens replacement. After a few days they contact us .. and they tell us that being a dated model, there are no replacements for the lenses or the glasses. Stubbornly contact by email the manufacturing company detailing what I described above. The company ... of a unique seriousness, asks me to send the photos and the code of the bar. After 24 hours they contacted me not only telling me that the product was available, but that they would send it in replacement within 24/48 hours, showing among other things their disappointment with the treatment reserved for us by the optician ..... I don't want to leave judgments. I would like the taste and would like to publish the contents of the mail ....... but it's not worth it ..... I would give too much importance ..... to those who don't deserve it. And these are the brooms ... let alone the rest .... :-(
