Premetto che questo occhiale, insieme con un'altra montatura, sono stati acquistati nel 2018. Lui ha fatto della filosofia spicciola, solo per farmi capire che un occhiale di 110 euro non prevede l'assistenza perche' acquistato in offerta e che sarebbe stato meglio sostituire la montatura. Gli ho risposto che non sono andata a chiedere l' elemosina, ma per farmi cambiare un'asticella, per la quale avrei pagato e ringraziato come ho sempre fatto. Sono cliente da anni, ma non metterò mai piu' piede in quel negozio. Conosco il Signor Felice, che è una brava persona e mi dispiace tanto per l'accaduto. Vorrei dire al dipendente in questione che un mio nipote a Roma gestisce 4 negozi di Ottica ed assiste anche montature di 15 euro e che, per lui, i clienti sono tutti uguali, indipendentemente dal conto in banca o dalla professione che esercitano. P.S.Gli occhiali li ho ritirati senza farli più riparare, perché delusa dal comportamento tenuto nei miei confronti. Sono rimasta malissimo. I state that this glasses, together with another frame, were purchased in 2018. He made a small philosophy, just to make me understand that a pair of glasses of 110 euros does not provide assistance because it was purchased on offer and that it would have been better to replace the frame. I replied that I did not go to ask for alms, but to have a bar changed, for which I would have paid and thanked as I have always done. I've been a customer for years, but I'll never set foot in that store again. I know Mr. Felice, who is a good person and I am so sorry for what happened. I would like to tell the employee in question that a nephew of mine in Rome runs 4 optical shops and also assists frames for 15 euros and that, for him, the customers are all the same, regardless of their bank account or profession. P.S. I collected the glasses without having them repaired anymore, because I was disappointed by the behavior held towards me. I was very upset.
