Se potessi non darei neache una stella . Dall' inizio la signora raguseo si è mostrata gentile e disponibile , dopodiché dopo aver effettuato la visita dall' oculista le ho portato le ricette delle nuove diottrie per acquistare delle nuove lenti a contatto con la giusta diottria ( n.b sono una cliente che si reca da lei ogni 20 giorni per acquistare le suddette) . Dato lo scompenso tra un occhio e l altro la signora raguseo mi fa accomodare in laboratorio per per provare i campioncini e controlla attraverso lo strumento se in effetti ci vedessi bene . Così è stato ,quindi le dico che oltre alle lenti volevo acquistare un occhiale economico . Devo dire che è stata gentile nello scontarmi delle montature che potessero piacermi ma a conti fatti le dico che ci avrei pensato . Bene,la signora mi guarda e mi dice con atteggiamento stizzito che mi avrebbe fatto pagare 30€ quello che avevo fatto in laboratorio (precisando che non mi è stato esposto un simile pagamento) oltre all'acquisto delle lenti a contatto. Mi stupisco ogni giorno di più dell'essere umano . Sono schifata.

If I could I wouldn't even give a star. From the beginning the raguseo lady showed herself kind and helpful, after which after having visited the ophthalmologist I brought her the recipes of the new diopters to buy new contact lenses with the right diopter (nb I am a customer who goes to her every 20 days to buy the aforementioned). Given the decompensation between one eye and the other, the raguseo lady makes me sit in the laboratory to try the samples and check through the instrument if in fact I could see well. So it was, so I tell her that in addition to the lenses I wanted to buy a cheap eyewear. I must say that she was kind in discounting the frames that I might like but on balance I tell her that I would have thought about it. Well, the lady looks at me and tells me with an angry attitude that she would have made me pay 30 € for what I had done in the laboratory (specifying that I was not exposed to such a payment) in addition to the purchase of contact lenses. I am surprised every day more than the human being. I am disgusted.
