Servizio clienti pessimo portate in assistenza dopo 2 settimane risulta sempre lo stesso problema.

Buy 2 pairs of glasses for € 19 which lasted 1 weeks. In both pairs the lens has come out.
Bad customer service brought in after 2 weeks is always the same problem.

Mi hanno fatto andare avanti e indietro per mesi (da marzo!) ed all'inizio di questo mese mi sono arresa. Ho buttato via i soldi, con questi occhiali non vedo bene. Il risparmio non è mai un guadagno.
I have been wearing progressive glasses for 20 years. I had the bad idea of buying them from them - a disaster! They kept me going back and forth for months (since March!) And at the beginning of this month I gave up. I threw my money away, with these glasses I can't see well. Saving is never a gain.
