Forced sales techniques, very annoying; I understand the need, especially of the moment, but often the insistence was beyond respectful. Comments on the final choices often unhappy, like jokes about the chosen frames, according to them, "from old". Finally, after an exaggeratedly long wait for the glasses (which I think is due to the parent company, not their store), the impossibility of adjusting the nose pads or temples, which in my opinion were out of place, because for them they were perfect, and because they were eager to do something else. After my request, the nosepiece was moved, and they immediately pointed out the need to weld, revealing the impatience of having to put another hand to the frame. In all the cases described, which took place over several days, with different staff, there was no large influx of customers. I have also encountered the same difficulties from several friends and relatives who frequent the same store. Distrust and a thousand difficulties towards those who want to use a voucher sent to them by the parent company, those who want to buy a product they do not recommend and much more. In short, the customer really, really matters little. I will not return, I do not recommend it to anyone who does not want to have an expensive and stressful experience. I would not recommend this place to a friend. Mass place, there is no customer focus. And worst of all for me, they don't recycle. I asked if I could leave the old lenses so they could be recycled and they told me that unfortunately they are not allowed to recycle, to the disappointment of the employee himself.

Good selling point, recommended. The staff is available friendly to meet customer needs, for the price (but depends on the franchise) a tad expensive, for the rest they offer free test and measurement view, wide range of models. Very large shop with little assortment, you enter, you think you will find a wide range of glasses, but it is only an appearance, they have nothing particular, they are expensive and the unprofessional staff better avoid listening to their advice as they are not prepared or they have to follow a protocol dictated by the store. Smaller shops are better, they have a lot more choice of frames too and the employees are professional and trained. Don't be fooled by the size, all the outlets are huge stores, but as I said they have nothing. other centers of which I had the maximum availability and choice .. To avoid !!!!!!!

Both my wife and I have been your customers for about 10 years. We have always been followed by Mrs. Carla and we can certainly say that she is an excellent employee with a high level of professionalism and preparation on vision problems. We are really satisfied.
