Ho avuto una delle peggiori esperienze di customer care, aldilà delle imprecisioni tecniche, quanto mi ha fatto più male è che una delle addette si è dimenticata per ben 2 volte di rispedire i miei occhiali per correggerne le lenti, col risultato che ho atteso 4 mesi per averli, e utilizzando in quei mesi delle lenti da vista di gran lunga insufficienti rispetto alle mie necessità... Quando è arrivato il mio momento per entrare il commesso all'interno del negozio(signore intorno ai 50 anni calvo e con gli occhiali da vista) mi ha praticamente impedito di entrare dicendomi che era inutile continuassi ad aspettare in quanto lui era impegnato con dei clienti a fare degli occhiali importanti... Senza sapere che io e mia moglie dovevamo entrare per comprare due paia di occhiali. Me lo ha detto anche in modo molto arrogante. Mi dispiace ma non metterò più piedi dentro uno dei vostri negozi This afternoon I was with my wife and kids in line waiting to enter ...
