É consigliabile prenotare un appuntamento, cosi da poter fare anche un esame della vista. Prossimo step saranno le lenti a contatto. Grazie per la professionalità e la pazienza . Ho acquistato due paia di occhiali per mia moglie di cui l’ultimo con lenti progressive e per tutte e due le volte sono stato assistito dalla ragazza bionda (se non ricordo male Samanta). Ci ha consigliato senza essere invadente e dimostrando ampiamente la sua professionalità. Nel punto vendita, inoltre, un’ampia esposizione con una gran scelta di occhiali sia da vista che da sole. Da consigliare sicuramente! Two words sum up my experience at the Varallo Pombia shop: professionalism and kindness. I bought two pairs of glasses for my wife, the last one with progressive lenses and for both times I was assisted by the blonde girl (if I remember correctly Samanta). He advised us without being intrusive and amply demonstrating his professionalism. In addition, the store has a large display area with a large selection of both prescription and sun glasses. Davvero servizio penoso tutto per colpa di una dipendente che ha voluto aggiungermi cose non richieste per farmi pagare di piu'. Fate attenzione a quando andate a comprare gli occhiali e parlate con la signora Samanta (bionda e riccia), mi ha messo nel pacchetto un aspetto dell'occhiale che io NON ho richiesto facendo cosi aumentare il prezzo dello stesso occhiale, mi ha fatto sprecare tantissimo tempo in quanto gli occhiali quando sono arrivati non andavano bene oltre ad avermi aggiunto appunto un servizio NON richiesto. In più mi ha dato anche delle lenti sbagliate per tamponare l'assenza degli occhiali. SCONSIGLIO vivamente di farsi servire da Samanta, le altre due signore (monica e paola se non sbaglio) disponibili e pensano al bene del cliente e non al guadagno. Ho messo 2 stelle solo per loro se no il servizio sarebbe stato pari a zero stelle UPDATE: I placed my order on OCTOBER 18th, DECEMBER 9th I'm still here waiting for the glasses. Avevo bisogno di acquistare delle lenti a contatto giornaliere, peccato che la dipendente da cui sono stata seguita fosse una persona estremamente maleducata, arrogante e scortese (capelli biondi). Il motivo? Non si sa, probabilmente perché non ho accettato la sua proposta di acquistare 4 pacchi di lenti anziché due (a sua detta ad un prezzo super conveniente, peccato che sul sito internet costassero la metà!) Io consiglio alla signora di andare a fare un altro lavoro, perché con le sue modalità il negozio continuerà solo a perdere clienti (visto anche le recensioni delle altre persone). Ho acquistato comunque le lenti poiché ne avevo urgente necessità per il giorno seguente e non sarei riuscita ad andare altrove, anche se quello che meritava quella maleducata era di lasciarle lì tutto e andarmene. Quello che è certo è che non torneró mai più in quel negozio, insegnate l’educazione alle dipendenti prima di assumerle!!! Second and last time I put my feet in there. Pronti in soli 4 giorni, servizio impeccabile, gentili e professionali. Tornerò di sicuro!
