★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggi. Volevo sostituire la mia vecchia montatura Ray Ban 5187 2444 con una nuova e mantenere le lenti progressive Seiko Superior 1.67 14 SCC 75, costose ma ottime. Risultato: l'ottico, riscaldando montatura nuova e lenti per l'adattamento, mi ha rovinato la lente sx, cristalizzata e con micro fessure non vedo più niente. Mi ha risposto che lui non centra che la lente era così....? Allora io sono ebete che volevo sostituire la montatura con lenti rovinate...Non ho voluto la sua montatura, mi riservo di chiedere i danni (una lente costa €350) poiché dovrò rifarmi tutto l'occhiale intero...Mai più in questo negozio! Non ha avuto neanche l'umiltà di chiedere scusa; tecnicamente è un incapace, oltre a disonesto e sopratutto bugiardo!

Result: the optician, heating new frame and lenses for adaptation, ruined the left lens, crystallized and with micro cracks I don't see anything anymore. He replied that he has nothing to do with the lens being like this ... ? So I'm stupid that I wanted to replace the frame with damaged lenses ... I didn't want its frame, I reserve the right to ask for damages (a lens costs € 350) since I will have to redo all the whole glasses ... Never again in this shop! He did not even have the humility to apologize; technically he is an incapable, besides dishonest and above all a liar!
