A parte l'attenzione alle norme anti-Covid, ho riscontrato una competenza e una passione fuori dal comune da parte del proprietario, che mi ha spiegato ogni aspetto della scelta degli occhiali. Non ha cercato di vendermi per forza le soluzioni più costose, quanto quelle più adatte alle mie necessità. Assolutamente consigliato. Poi sono entrato da Fedeli e un ottico giovane e pragmatico mi ha spiegato che si poteva, o saldare (perdendo la proprietà elastica) o sostituire le astine con due non originali. Ho scelto di sostituirle e con mezz'ora di attesa e un'onestissima spesa di 20€ ho gli occhiali come nuovi. Competenza e professionalità top. Then I went to Fedeli's and a young and pragmatic optician explained to me that you could either weld (losing their elastic properties) or replace the temples with two non-original ones. I have chosen to replace them and with half an hour of waiting and a very honest expense of 20 € I have the glasses as new. Top competence and professionalism.
