Negozio con prodotti scadenti, ho comprato una muratura con occhiali da vista, è dopo aver speso 210,00€, dopo circa 20 gg la montatura si è in un lato sbucciata e lesionata. Ho presentato alla titolare il problems, rispondendomi che forse mi ero seduto su di loro, poco elegante come risposta. Ho chiesto a altri ottici, dicendomi che il materiale era scadente non conoscendo nemmeno la marca, è cmq mi hanno detto che era nel dovere di sostituirli. Dopo circa un mese succede dall'altro lato. Alla fine mi sono reso conto di aver preso una BIDONATA!!
Too bad I can't put zero stars. Shop with poor products, I bought a wall with eyeglasses, and after spending € 210.00, after about 20 days the frame was peeled and damaged on one side. I presented the problems to the owner, replying that maybe I was sitting on them, not very elegant as an answer. I asked other opticians, telling me that the material was poor not even knowing the brand, and anyway they told me that it was their duty to replace them. After about a month it happens on the other side. In the end I realized that I had taken a BIDONATA !!
