Mai avuto problemi e l'unica volta in cui ci sono stati per delle lenti ritirate da poco danneggiatesi per un errore loro, ne hanno ordinato immediatamente un nuovo paio ammettendo l'errore commesso e senza accampare scuse, cosa che per esperienza personale posso dire non capiti spesso e dappertutto. Insomma, per me sono una garanzia.

Never had any problems and the only time there have been for some recently retired lenses damaged by their own mistake, they immediately ordered a new pair admitting the mistake made and without making excuses, which from personal experience I can say not happen often and everywhere.
