F	Franchini Guido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato qui a giugno per fare la visita oculistica, cambiare lenti e prendere anche le lenti a contatto, dopo qualche giormo mi hanno consegnato delle lenti che non riuscivo a tenere per il mal di testa e quindi dopo una settimana mi hanno rifatto la visita oculistica, hanno visto che la gradazione era sbagliata e mi hanno cambiato le lenti ma stavolta vedevo ancora peggio e mi hanno consigliato di fare l'esame per il fondo oculare spendendo altri 50 euro oltre i 130 di occhiali e lentine, in tutto questo avevano anche buttato le vecchie lenti con cui almeno vedevo abbastanza bene, lasciandomi senza occhiali, alla fine ho risolto facendo direttamente la visita oculistica da un altra parte dove mi hanno fatto un paio di lenti con cui vedo benissimo in mezz'ora, ho fatto presente che loro avevano solo sbagliato la gradazione una seconda volta e si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmi, è davvero difficile trovare un ottica peggiore in zona. I went here in June to do the eye examination, change lenses and also take contact lenses, after a few days they gave me lenses that I could not keep due to headaches and then after a week they made me the eye examination , they saw that the gradation was wrong and they changed my lenses but this time I saw even worse and they advised me to take the fundus examination by spending another 50 euros over 130 for glasses and lenses, in all this they had also thrown away the old lenses with which at least I could see quite well, leaving me without glasses, in the end I solved it by directly doing the eye examination somewhere else where they made me a pair of lenses with which I see very well in half an hour, I pointed out that they had only wrong the gradation a second time and they refused to refund me, it's really hard to find a worse optic in the area.
