Oltre ad essere gentili, cortesi e disponibili, non posso fare a meno di sottolineare la professionalità e, sopratutto, la bravura: sistemano occhiali che altri ottici non riescono a sistemare e sono sempre orientati alla risoluzione del problema. Cliente storica da anni e non ho alcuna intenzione di cambiare :) Consigliato. My family and I have been using them for years. Non avevo fatto i conti con l'abilità del ragazzo che mi ha servito che, piegando il metallo al suo volere, ha riportato i miei occhiali all'antico splendore. Fa piacere vedere un professionista che fa bene il suo lavoro, con gentilezza ed un certo orgoglio oserei dire. Torneremo di sicuro, consigliato! Tutti i negozi sono chiusi, ma la "provvidenza" mi è venuta incontro. Ho trovato il negozio OTTICA CODATO aperto. Il gestore del negozio mi ha sistemato la lente e mi ha addirittura regalato un piccolo cacciavite per le viti degli occhiali! Tutto ciò senza farmi pagare nulla ed in più mi ha raddrizzato un po' gli occhiali perché ha notato che erano un po' "sbilenchi"! Consiglio questo negozio a tutti, in questo momento è oltretutto l'unico ottico aperto a Como. Veramente un servizio cordiale, e in questo momento difficile, posso affermare altruista, visto che avrebbe anche potuto chiedere un piccolo pagamento... Passato questo periodo di "clausura" forzata, consiglio vivamente a tutti questo negozio di ottica! I found the CODED OPTIC store open. The shop manager fixed my lens and even gave me a small screwdriver for the glasses screws! All this without making me pay anything and in addition he straightened my glasses a bit because he noticed that they were a bit "lopsided"! I recommend this shop to everyone, at the moment it is also the only optician open in Como. Truly a cordial service, and in this difficult moment, I can say altruistic, since he could have even asked for a small payment ... After this period of forced "enclosure", I highly recommend this optical store to everyone!
