★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situazione atroce ed imbarazzante. Compro un paio di occhiali da vista inclusi di montatura e chiedo di cambiare le lenti per la mia montatura da sole.
Risultato tempistiche e comunicazione pessima.
Montatura da vista usata/vetrina pagata a prezzo pieno. Lenti da vista fatte male, che si sono crepate al primo utilizzo e che continuamente escono fuori dalla posizione prevista.
Ciliegina sulla torta occhiali da sole che avevamo una montatura perfetta come nuova, alla consegna per solo il cambio lenti risultavano deformati ed allargati.
Mi presento per avere una soluzione, e per gli occhiali da soli mi vengono curvate le stecche crepandole per renderle piu strette, e alla disponibilità di sistemare gli occhiali da vista mi è stata chiesto uno scatolino di garanzia mai consegnato dal negozio in fase di consegna. E come soluzione temporanea pagare altri 60€ per un paio di occhiali di cui non ho bisogno se non per l'attesa del aggiusto degli occhiali.
In oltre custodie non consegnate la prima volta e quelle per gli occhiali da sole originali perse.
 Atrocious and embarrassing situation. I buy a pair of eyeglass frames and ask them to change the lenses for my sunglasses.
Timing result and bad communication.
Used / showcase prescription frame paid for at full price. Badly made prescription lenses that have cracked when used for the first time and are continually coming out of the intended position.
The icing on the cake sunglasses that we had a perfect frame as new, on delivery for only the change lenses were deformed and enlarged.
I introduce myself for a solution, and for the glasses alone I am curved the sticks cracking them to make them narrower, and to the availability to fix the glasses I have been asked a box of guarantee never delivered from the store during the delivery phase. And as a temporary solution, pay another 60 € for a pair of glasses I don't need except for waiting for my glasses to be fixed.
In addition cases not delivered the first time and those for the original sunglasses lost.
