Ieri ci son passato per fare un "tagliando", in quanto le due piccole parti in gomma si erano ormai usurate. Sono entrato per chiedere il costo e sono uscito con i gommini e i naselli sostituiti senza pagare nulla. Ero ancora registrato a sistema come loro cliente ed è bastato questo... davvero un servizio clienti oltre le più rosee aspettative. A presto! Se vuole le facciamo noi esame della vista, ma se non compra, la pagherà €20. Mai un ottico mi ha chiesto soldi per una visita da lui. C'è da chiedersi se sia laureata in medicina la signora che mi ha servito e chiesto soldi per controllare la vista. E se i €20 sono deducibili come spesa sanitaria. In ogni caso, buon viso a cattivo gioco, ho chiesto preventivo di un paio di occhiali rayban da graduare. Richiesta €450 scontati al 25%. (Poi mi ha fatto vedere un altro paio molto eccentrici verdi ma solo la montatura costava €400 da scontare al 25%). Sono uscito, mi sono affacciato nel negozio di fronte. Venga, prego, facciamo un esame della vista. Guardo le montature e trovo la.stessa rayban. Preventivo €300. Ordinati. Never treated so badly in an optician. Ottica sempre ben rifornita e ben organizzata internamente. Il personale è veramente molto preparato e disponibile. La professionalità e il riuscire a soddisfare sempre ogni mia richiesta, è ciò che ha fatto diventare per me questo il mio negozio di fiducia. Assolutamente consigliato.
