Il personale è preparato e competente, sono gentilissimi e cercano di venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti consigliandoli su quale prodotto è meglio per loro. Ho occhiali comprati qui nel 2008 che ancora sono perfetti e non hanno mai avuto un problema. Inoltre, rispettano le tempistiche date! Lo consiglio vivamente!
I have been their customer for years, like all my family, and I have always had excellent service in this store. The staff is knowledgeable and competent, they are very kind and try to meet customers' requests by advising them on which product is best for them. I have glasses bought here in 2008 that are still perfect and have never had a problem. Also, respect the deadlines given! I highly recommend it!
