Hanno tentato di addebitare 20€ per il montaggio delle lenti e dopo la nostra protesta hanno azzerato l'extra dicendo che comunque era stato un errore di Groupon (?). Non c'è stata visita oculistica perché dicono che bisogna chiederla ed è solo di mattina o sabato. La scelta è minima e riguarda fine serie non di marca e comunque non del valore reclamizzato. Dulcis in fundo... Nessuna fattura o ricevuta. Avremmo dovuto chiederla! Se volevano guadagnare un cliente hanno trovato solo il modo di fare pubblicità negativa. Mai più Bad experience. They clearly and insistently wanted to sell a different and more expensive frame. They tried to charge 20 € for lens fitting and after our protest they canceled the extra by saying it was Groupon's mistake anyway (?). There was no eye examination because they say you have to ask for it and it's only in the morning or Saturday. The choice is minimal and concerns non-branded end of series and in any case not of advertised value. Last but not least ... No invoices or receipts. We should have asked for it! If they wanted to gain a customer, they only found a way to advertise negative. Never again

La competenza professionale della titolare dovrebbe essere esportata come simbolo del Made in Italy nelle fiere tematiche. Can't award six stars? High quality lenses and frames, precision and support in the choice with a courtesy that does not fall into the lezioso. Nel negozio ci sono sempre delle buone offerte di cui ne ho approfittato per acquistare un occhiale da sole con lenti graduate. La simpatia e gentilezza della titolare ti mette a tuo agio e ti offre una prova infinita di montature. Ottimi prezzi ! Ottica 2000 shop well stocked with both signature frames and frames of good finish and excellent price. In the shop there are always good offers which I took advantage of to buy sunglasses with prescription lenses. The sympathy and kindness of the owner puts you at ease and offers you an endless test of frames. Great Prices!

Hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro pur con difficoltà data la mia particolare esigenza di lenti che non si addiceva appieno al tipo di montatura scelta, ma mi hanno accontentata e velocemente. Lo consiglio! Well stocked shop, the owner, kind and competent, advises well. I got a pair of graduated sunglasses and was very satisfied. They did a great job despite having difficulty given my particular need for lenses that did not fully suit the type of frame chosen, but they satisfied me quickly. I advise!
