★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto l'installazione di un impianto ai principi del 2016 dopo aver incassato due fatture per circa 9mila euro sono spariti. Non ho ancora l'impianto collaudato e non mi è mai stato consegnato. Il loro servizio clienti mi ha inviato una mail a gennaio 2017 scrivendomi che sarei stato ricontattato entro max 10 gg, sono passati 4 mesi e nessuno si è visto. e' sconcertante.
 I asked for the installation of a system at the beginning of 2016 after having collected two bills for about 9 thousand euros have disappeared. I have not yet tested the system and it has never been delivered to me. Their customer service sent me an email in January 2017, writing that I would be contacted within 10 days, 4 months have passed and nobody has seen each other. it is disconcerting.

Sorry to say but apart from the kindness and concern of the maintenance staff the new lift installed for a month has stopped practically every day and the firefighters intervened twice to extract the people stuck inside. Would not recommend. I put a star because you can't do less ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un preventivo per un ascensore in Bologna centro e un sopralluogo alla Ditta OTIS che mi ha indirizzato al loro venditore di zona il Sig Simone.
Il Sig Simone e andato a fare il sopralluogo, ma non avendo trovato nessuno che ha aperto il portone del condominio,come ha detto telefonicamente ha girato i tacchi ed andato via.
Io non c'ero ,dato che risiedo all'estero,ma forse la signora del piano terreno che sapeva era andata a fare la spesa,se voleva veramente fare il sopralluogo poteva aspettare un momentino.
Dopo ho chiamato più volte la Ditta Otis che mi ha risposto che avrebbe avvertito il venditore per un altro sopralluogo e avendo il numero di Simone ho più volte chiamato, ma no mi ha mai risposto.
Giudicate voi se la filiale di Bologna è professionale.
Io ho fatto per 45 anni il venditore e non mi sarei mai comportato così
I asked for a quote for a lift in central Bologna and an inspection from the OTIS company who directed me to their local salesman, Mr. Simone.
Mr. Simone went to do the inspection, but not having found anyone who opened the door of the condominium, as he said by telephone, he turned his heel and left.
I was not there, since I live abroad, but perhaps the lady on the ground floor who knew she had gone shopping, if she really wanted to do the inspection she could wait a moment.
After I called the Otis Company several times, they replied that they would notify the seller for another inspection and having Simone's number I called several times, but they never answered me.
Judge for yourself if the Bologna branch is professional.
I have been a salesman for 45 years and I never would have behaved like this
