Ho parlato con un signore che è stato al limite dell’indisponenza, ho chiesto delle semplici informazioni e mi rispondeva sempre molto scocciato, quasi rimproverandomi perché le vacanze si prenotano mesi prima. Alla fine mi ha lasciato un semplice foglio prestampato (di quelli che si trovano su internet) evidenziando i prezzi e basta. Mha!!! Per tutti i lavori ci vuole PASSIONE e DEDIZIONE, inoltre se i clienti li trattate sempre così, è normale che poi ci si rivolge ad altre agenzie. ?? Not recommended as an agency. I spoke to a gentleman who was on the verge of indisposition, I asked for simple information and he always replied very annoyed, almost reproaching me because holidays are booked months in advance. At the end he left me a simple pre-printed sheet (of those found on the internet) highlighting the prices and that's it. Mha !!! For all the jobs you need PASSION and DEDICATION, moreover if you always treat them like this, it is normal that you turn to other agencies. ??
