★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clothes, pretty big shop with modern interior. Comfortable fitting rooms wit a lot of mirrors, so you can check the outfit from different sides. However, the consultants don't let to spend money:)) once they take away the clothes which I said I will by. It's especially strange because I told it with phrase "take attention, please. This I will buy and this no". While I tried other clothes, those were disappear:) also they don't really know how to make tax free documents and I had to wait. Well, for nowadays its impossible to make such mistakes with service because the competition is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this shop so much but had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member. I went to return a few things and asked for the money to put back into my credit card. This short woman with black hair said no and threw the cash at me. I put it back in my wallet and she went huh? As in gesturing me to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my partner, her friend and I were followed continuously in the Duomo/San Babila branch of your store. My partner and our friend were the only 2 people of colour in the shop and the security guard decided to follow them around the jewellery section and then all the way to the 3rd floor and directly back down to the ground floor. When my partner questioned a member of staff on this she was met with a complete lack of understanding and quite frankly a very dismissive attitude. The member of staff even implied that it was the security guard's job to follow people and that if she had a problem with it to take it up with him personally. It makes me wonder how many others have experienced this and left it unaddressed. I was very proud of my partner for challenging this type of behaviour but I was left sorely disappointed by the dismissive attitude of the staff member. My partner usually loves this brand but I know she will now not feel comfortable to shop there again which is a further disappointment.
