★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne molto buona, proprietario molto gentile e preparato. Unica piccola pecca su cui migliorare per le 5 stelle è sul servizio un po' distratto. I caffè e gli amari ordinati non sono mai arrivati e per avere l'acqua abbiamo dovuto chiedere tre volte.
Nel complesso comunque merita sicuramente un voto più che positivo.
 Very good meat, very kind and knowledgeable owner. The only small flaw on which to improve for 5 stars is the somewhat inattentive service. The coffees and bitters ordered never arrived and we had to ask for water three times.
Overall, however, it certainly deserves a more than positive vote.

Il proprietario ha le competenze ottimali per acquistare e proporre un prodotto di alta qualità. Il lombo di Rubia Gallega frollato almeno 50 giorni un'esperienza mistica! Da riprovare senz'altro.
Dinner for eight, we chose to focus only on meat and I must say that we hit the mark! The owner has the optimal skills to purchase and offer a high quality product. The loin of Rubia Gallega aged for at least 50 days a mystical experience! Definitely to try again.
