Saporiti e leggeri gli antipasti, buono anche il seitan di loro produzione e i fuori menu stagionali, consigliato a chiuque voglia affacciarsi a piatti vegetariani/vegani nei Castelli Romani
Nice and welcoming place at the entrance of Marino, open since '99 I found the dining room staff very polite and helpful in explaining the menu and suggestions appreciated. The appetizers are tasty and light, the seitan of their production and seasonal off-menus are also good, recommended for anyone who wants to try vegetarian / vegan dishes in the Castelli Romani

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero rifugio vegano ed etico nei castelli romani. A mio avviso si mangia bene, abbondante e con gusto. Piatti particolari e semplici, adatti a tutti i gusti! Vi consiglio assolutamente di provare i loro saltimbocca alla romana e il loro seitan, non ne resterete delusi!
A true vegan and ethical refuge in the Roman castles. In my opinion, you eat well, abundant and with taste. Special and simple dishes, suitable for all tastes! I absolutely recommend you to try their saltimbocca alla romana and their seitan, you will not be disappointed!
