Come primo è obbligatoria una spasegghja di cannazze. Gli intenditori le mangiano con paparin (peperoncino) e casricott (ricotta salata secca)
Come secondo l'agnello è un capolavoro, oppure l'involtino di carne con cui hanno cucinato le cannazze.
Vino rosso della casa (senza solfiti).
Alle Tre Rose io mi sento a casa. Veramente!
 If you love simple things, you will definitely enjoy at Osteria Tre Rose.
As a first course, a spasegghja di cannazze is mandatory. Connoisseurs eat them with paparin (chilli) and casricott (dry salted ricotta)
As according to the lamb is a masterpiece, or the meat roll with which they cooked the cannazze.
Red house wine (without sulphites).
At Tre Rose I feel at home. Truly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been eating here for 16 years, the canazze is the best you will ever eat! Trust me. Whenever we holiday in Calitri several visits are always a prority, the food is always top notch and so cheap. The staff are always polite and helpful and we love it. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one of the small towns of the south regions of Italy this place is very good to try local delicatessen. Very famous for the cannazza pasta as well as rosted caciocavallo (hard cheese) and other kind of meat. The town was suffering a disaster in the 80s when a strong earthquake stroke. The old part of the city is like a ghost city, very different color and shape as it was abandoned because of the damage on the buildings
