G	Greg Teti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno spettacolo di cucina che rivisita i piatti nostrani con un tocco di terra lontana, nel cuore di Avetrana. Accostamenti di ottimi e genuini sapori locali preparati come una volta dalle mani esperte della proprietaria, con un pizzico di internazionalità (ved. foto). Sulle quantità è inutile spiegarlo, basta dire che il solo antipasto con varietà di carne, pesce e latticini è sufficiente per star bene due o tre giorni. Davvero consigliatissimo. A cooking show that revisits local dishes with a touch of distant land, in the heart of Avetrana. Combinations of excellent and genuine local flavors prepared as in the past by the expert hands of the owner, with a hint of internationality (see photo). It is useless to explain it on quantities, just say that the starter alone with a variety of meat, fish and dairy products is enough to feel good for two or three days. Really highly recommended.
D	Daniele Calisti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante, all'aperto, di fatto è un vicoletto piccolissimo in cui vengono piazzate le tavolate : l'atmosfera è carina e si cala perfettamente nel contesto. Menù composto da un foglio bruttino, ma coerente con il posto, in cui sono scritti i piatti, molti dei quali coperti col banchetto e la maggior parte scritti a penna. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto chiamato Fantasie dello chef che è composto da diversi antipasti della tradizione, piatto veramente molto molto buono e decisamente abbondante (anche per 2). Quindi come primi paccheri scampi stracciatella e granella di pistacchi e tris di mare (con pezzetti di pesce che sarebbero dovuti essere salmone tonno e spada se non sbaglio, anche se a me sembrava lo stesso pesce - peraltro comunque sugo buonissimo). Quindi un buon polpo alla griglia su vellutata di ceci, piatto molto buono, ma che sarebbe potuto essere più abbondante, visto il prezzo. Sì, perchè i prezzi, a differenza di tutto il resto, non sono proprio coerenti con location e menù. Sono prezzi da masseria o comunque da ristoranti diciamo più prestigiosi. Ma il turismo di massa in Puglia degli ultimi tempi credo abbia comportato un aumento generale dei prezzi di tutto il comparto turistico pugliese (a volte non pienamente giustificato). Riassumendo, l'esperienza culinaria è stata positiva, ma forse i prezzi sono un pò troppo elevati. The restaurant, outdoors, is in fact a very small alley where the tables are placed: the atmosphere is nice and fits perfectly into the context. Menu consisting of an ugly sheet, but consistent with the place, in which the dishes are written, many of which are covered with the banquet and most of them written in pen. We took a mixed appetizer called Chef's Fantasie which is made up of several traditional starters, a dish that is really very very good and very abundant (even for 2). So as first paccheri scampi stracciatella and chopped pistachios and trio of sea (with pieces of fish that should have been salmon, tuna and swordfish if I'm not mistaken, even if it looked like the same fish to me - anyway, very good sauce). Then a good grilled octopus on chickpea cream, very good dish, but which could have been more abundant, given the price. Yes, because the prices, unlike everything else, are not exactly consistent with the location and menu. They are prices from masseria or at least from restaurants, let's say more prestigious. But the mass tourism in Puglia in recent times I believe has led to a general increase in prices of the entire Apulian tourism sector (sometimes not fully justified). In summary, the dining experience was positive, but perhaps the prices are a little too high.
