Leggera e ben cotta, non bruciata. Il menu propone anche tigelle e salume oppure carne e pesce. È sulla via principale del paese, il parcheggio è piccolo, ma svoltando nella via accanto è possibile lasciare l’auto in modo agevole. Ottimo. Small but cozy place where the closing of the veranda doubles the seating. Wide choice of pizzas and types of dough: classic, wholemeal, multigrain. Light and well cooked, not burnt. The menu also offers tigelle and salami or meat and fish. It is on the main street of the village, the parking lot is small, but by turning into the next street it is possible to easily leave the car. Great.

V	Vitali barbara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo sulla strada per Folonica e il navigatore ci segnava questo ristorante. fortunatamente nonostante fosse lunedi, dove segna giorno di chiusura ma essendo pasquetta era aperto, abbiamo chiamato e ci hanno confermato che avevano posto. Personale cordiale, locale pulito e intimo. Menù poco vario ma molto buono, la chicca dei piatti scelti è sicuramente la pancetta cotta a vapore, (bellissima la spiegazione dei piatti tipici che viene data al servizio da sempre un plus in più) se c'è ne fosse stata di più sul tagliere non sarebbe sicuramente avanzata! ? peccato che il gnocco fritto lo fanno in determinati giorni ma è un ottima scusa per venir ancora da queste parti per provarlo. Giriamo spesso per ristoranti e i prezzi sono nella norma, a mio avviso corretti! Parcheggio ampio. Lo consiglio per chi vuole stare tranquillo ma mangiare bene. We were on the road to Folonica and the navigator was pointing out this restaurant to us. fortunately despite being Monday, where it marks closing day but being Easter Monday it was open, we called and they confirmed that they had room. Friendly staff, clean and intimate place. Menu not very varied but very good, the gem of the dishes chosen is certainly the steamed pancetta, (beautiful explanation of the typical dishes that is always given to the service an extra plus) if there had been more on the cutting board it would certainly not be advanced! ? pity that the fried dumplings do it on certain days but it is a great excuse to come here again to try it. We often go to restaurants and the prices are in the norm, in my opinion correct! Ample parking. I recommend it for those who want to feel comfortable but eat well.

Il prezzo l'ho trovato un po' alto ma accettabile. L'unico neo è stato il tempo d'attesa da quando ci siamo seduti. Le portate (tra cui 2 pizze per i bambini) sono arrivate dopo 1 ora dall'arrivo e il locale non era pieno. We stopped on a Sunday evening. We found a quiet place with welcoming and professional staff. The excellent and refined food and quality wine. I found the price a bit high but acceptable. The only drawback was the waiting time since we sat down. The courses (including 2 pizzas for the children) arrived 1 hour after arrival and the place was not full.

The food its all made tipical italian but with an authentic particular taste, eveything fresh from meat to fish. They have different type of pizza dough, very difficult to find elsewhere. Very much recommended!
