Cibo spettacolare dal primo all'ultimo piatto, locale bellissimo e servizio degno del migliore stellato. Grazie perché non sono tanti i ristoranti che propongono un'esperienza di gusto di questa caratura ai più giovani ad un prezzo imbarazzante (in positivo ovviamente). Ci torneremo sicuramente."
Questo è quello che avremmo voluto dire al personale di sala se non fossimo così timidi e non fossimo rimasti scioccati dal prezzo irrisorio di 50€ in totale (due menu da 20€ per i giovani under 25, calice di vino rosso, acqua e due caffè).
Consigliato a chiunque perché anche prendendo alla carta si spende come un ristorante medio della provincia ma si mangia 100 volte meglio. Andateci finché non ha una stella Michelin...perché l'avrá presto.

Thank you because there are not many restaurants that offer a taste experience of this caliber to the youngest at an embarrassing price (positive of course). We will definitely be back. "
This is what we would have wanted to say to the dining room staff if we weren't so shy and were not shocked by the paltry price of € 50 in total (two € 20 menus for under 25s, glass of red wine, water and two coffees ).
Recommended to anyone because even taking à la carte you spend like an average restaurant in the province but you eat 100 times better. Go there until it has a Michelin star ... because it will soon.

1) service is of exceptional high quality. Waitresses are present around the table to explain the details of the food, how it has been prepared and which ingredients have been used.
2) flavours and tasting experience are amazing. Local tradition, recipes and ingredients are very well balanced.
3) portions not too big for some of the items
4) good wine selection
Overall a valid surprise in such location!
