★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima esperienza alla Saraghina! Gli antipasti di pesce sono eccezionali, mai mangiato così buono. Il servizio è ultra professionale. Inoltre il locale non si ferma solamente al cibo, è anche rifornito di un ottima cantina dei vini, di amari e di gin. Merita assolutamente!
Great experience at Saraghina! The fish starters are outstanding, never eaten so good. The service is ultra professional. In addition, the restaurant does not stop only at food, it is also stocked with an excellent wine cellar, bitters and gin. Absolutely deserves!

Inoltre un consiglio prenotate con largo anticipo
Cozy environment great food the best fried fish I've eaten not to mention the tuna tartare and the recommended roast octopus.

? ? Nel mezzo delle valli di Comacchio, questo luogo rappresenta un motivo più che valido per farsi una scampagna in quel di Lagosanto.
Pescheria con cucina raffinata dove l’esaltazione è frutto della privazione.
Niente arzigogoli, abbinamenti pulp o tecniche da alchimisti. Solo sostanza e materia prima.
Pesce freschissimo da gustare crudo o cotto, ma sempre cucinato a regola d’arte, alla griglia, in salsa oppure fritto.
??Il plateau di crudi commuove per la bontà vastità e freschezza dei pesci (maionese al mango da fuori di testa).
Super l’aringa cruda a questo giro (dentice hors categorie)
? ? Calamaro scottato con salsa al guacamole cotto a regola d’arte così come il
?? polpo su crema di basilico, croccante fuori e moribodo dentro.
??Fritto misto di paranza leggero e croccante così come l’anguilla alla brace, talmente buona che é evaporata prima di avere la possibilità di immortalarla.
? ? carta dei vini perfetta: rincari più che onesti, proposta varia, ben bilanciata tra naturale e convenzionale.

Fish market with refined cuisine where exaltation is the result of deprivation.
No quirks, pulp combinations or alchemist techniques. Only substance and raw material.
Very fresh fish to be enjoyed raw or cooked, but always cooked to perfection, grilled, in sauce or fried.
??The plateau of raw fish moves for the goodness, vastness and freshness of the fish (crazy mango mayonnaise).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You wouldn't give this place any chance, given the appearance and location.
We went for a birthday dinner of a friend, big party (almost 20).
My impression is slightly biased by the wine choice, which included almost exclusively biologic or biodynamic wines from local wineries.
The food was excellent, in particular the raw seafood as entree (which is enough to be a main course) was extremely fresh and well presented.
The first and second courses have several options, and even if we didn't try them all I feel confident in recommending all of them.
Dessert was a weak point (they ran out of some options) but still excellent.
Prices again were biased (the host paid for drinks), they're a bit high but appropriate for quantity and quality.
