Personale disponibile e cordiale,il proprietario,spesso in sala,giocoso e ottimo narratore della storia della cucina nostrana. Dolci di produzione propria,insomma la genuinità un tavola. Non ho fotografato i piatti,ero troppo intenta a degustarli ?? Il Conto giusto. Consigliato Typical Apulian cuisine, poor and tasty, full of everything you can imagine and desire. Local wines. Helpful and friendly staff, the owner, often in the dining room, is playful and an excellent narrator of the history of our local cuisine. Homemade desserts, in short, the genuineness of a table. Denominandosi OSTERIA mi aspetto di trovare anche vino della casa che non avevano ma solo in bottiglia con un conto, in generale, un po’ alto per definirsi osteria, appunto. 1 nota dolente ma non è possibile trascurare: odore davvero invasivo di frittura proveniente dalla cucina, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare tavolo e spostarci nell’altra sala poiché volevano farci accomodare al tavolo di fronte la cucina. Urge una soluzione dato che l’odore di frittura era percepibile anche dalla strada laterale al locale. Questo voto perché il problema dell’odore ha condizionato il tutto. Positive experience with regards to cooking; traditional quality products, cooked well. Impeccable welcome and service. Calling the OSTERIA, I expect to also find house wine that they did not have but only bottled with a bill, in general, a bit high to define itself as a tavern. 1 sore point but it cannot be overlooked: a really invasive smell of frying coming from the kitchen, we asked to change the table and move to the other room because they wanted us to sit at the table in front of the kitchen. A solution is urgently needed since the smell of frying was also perceptible from the side street to the restaurant. This vote because the odor problem affected everything.

To be clear: bad reactions came out at the end, and were not waiters' responsibility. In conclusion: a place where I would not come back
