Cortesia e gentilezza sono di casa e Andrea il proprietario una persona squisita,li consiglio a tutti.
A very welcoming place full of surprises where you can either eat or drink or just have an aperitif accompanied by various appetizers.
Courtesy and kindness are at home and Andrea the owner is an exquisite person, I recommend them to everyone.

Il locale ha la metratura e il classico approccio familiare con gli avventori.
Ci si può fermare per un rapido caffè oppure se in compagnia accompagnare il Bicchiere ( ricercatore,con le bolle o della casa...fate vobis o fatevi consigliare) con una selezione di salumi proposti dall'Oste affettati al momento e serviti su pane fresco.
Pausa pranzo veloce con qualche stuzzichino o piatto proposto dal gestore che è anche Chef.
Per non dimenticare la tradizione il lunedì a Palmanova mercato e trippe sono un binomio inscindibile... anche per asporto...se proprio volete bissare a casa.

The restaurant has the size and the classic familiar approach with the patrons.
You can stop for a quick coffee or if in company accompany the glass (researcher, with bubbles or from the house ... make vobis or get advice) with a selection of cold cuts proposed by the host sliced at the moment and served on fresh bread .
Quick lunch break with some snacks or dishes proposed by the manager who is also the Chef.
Not to forget the tradition on Mondays in Palmanova the market and tripe are an inseparable combination ... even for take-out ... if you really want to repeat at home.
