Personale cortese e molto cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Lo consiglio sicuramente a tutti. Excellent pinsa, really very good, well cooked very well made and crispy dough, also really good and well seasoned condiments. Courteous and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Excellent Pinsa, unpleasant service, (at 11.00 pm on Saturday we were invited in an unkind way, to leave, because the next day, Easter, they would have had a full house !!!)

R	Rino Turco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso che abbiamo prenotato per telefono ,poi per essere sicuri siamo stati sul posto..(non comunicandoci che era un menù fisso!) per la conferma per stare in veranda esterna, una settimana prima della santa Pasqua.. quando siamo arrivati , essendo tre persone ,di cui una persona di 91 anni, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cambiare tavolo.. perché il nostro era esposto dove tirava del vento.ci è stato detto che non si poteva ..( premetto che c'erano dei tavoli liberi).. perché delle persone che avevano prenotato molto prima di noi , cioè un mese prima, non gradivano altre persone vicine al loro .Accoglienza zero.A voi le conclusioni! I specify that we booked by phone, then to be sure we were on the spot .. (not informing us that it was a fixed menu!) To confirm to stay on the outdoor veranda, a week before the saint Easter .. when we arrived, being three people, including a 91 year old person, we asked if it was possible to change the table .. because ours was exposed where the wind was blowing. We were told that it could not .. that there were free tables) .. because people who had booked long before us, that is a month before, did not like other people close to theirs. Zero reception. You the conclusions!

Condimenti classici e particolari, periodicamente preparano pinse nuove condite con i prodotti di stagione, sempre ottime. Molto molto bravi veramente. Il personale è sempre gentile e cortese attento alle esigenze della clientela. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Sicuramente lo consiglio. Excellent pinseria, the best Roman pinsa of the Roman castles you can only eat here, light and tasty dough. Classic and particular condiments, periodically prepare new pinse seasoned with seasonal products, always excellent. Very very good indeed. The staff is always polite and courteous, attentive to customer needs. Good value for money. Definitely recommend it.
