Locale piccolo ma piacevole, la sig.ra Elvira cortese e preparata.
Le tagliatelle al ragù sono stupende.... da prendere sempre, i cansoncelli buoni veramente.
Il vino alla spina, rosso frizzantino, è adattissimo ai piatti serviti.
Da provare il tagliere di salumi.
Lo consiglio sia a pranzo che a cena!!!

 One evening suddenly !!
A small but pleasant restaurant, Mrs. Elvira is courteous and prepared.
Tagliatelle with meat sauce are wonderful .... always to be taken, cansoncelli really good.
The draft wine, sparkling red, is very suitable for the dishes served.
Try the cold cuts platter.
I recommend it for both lunch and dinner !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale storico in pieno centro a Romano di Lombardia, riconvertito in osteria e arredato in modo semplice, funzionale e gradevole, mantenendo tavoli e sedie "di una volta " e garantendo allo stesso tempo confort e convivialità.
Scenografico, utile e ben attrezzato il portico esterno provvisto pure di un divano x dare respiro alla vocazione casalinga del locale, il tutto "coperto " da ombrelloni e finito da una parete di mensole con bottiglie vuote in esposizione. Davvero molto bello!
La proprietaria Elvira è molto gentile e disponibile, così come tutto lo staff.
La cucina si basa soprattutto su taglieri misti di salumi, formaggi e sottaceti molto buoni, la cantina è ben fornita , il Barbera che abbiamo provato ottimo.
Abbiamo assistito ad una serata musicale in duo acustico ed abbiamo trovato azzeccatissimo l'abbinamento musica live - tipologia di locale , anche se questo tipo di serate non sono a cadenza settimanale.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo e' nella media , quindi consiglio vivamente l'osteria!
Historic place in the center of Romano di Lombardia, converted into a tavern and furnished in a simple, functional and pleasant way, keeping tables and chairs "from the past" and at the same time guaranteeing comfort and conviviality.
Scenographic, useful and well equipped the external portico also provided with a sofa to give breath to the home vocation of the room, all "covered" by umbrellas and finished by a wall of shelves with empty bottles on display. Really beautiful!
The owner Elvira is very kind and helpful, as are all the staff.
The cuisine is based above all on chopping boards mixed with very good cold meats, cheeses and pickles, the cellar is well stocked, the Barbera we tried very well.
We have witnessed an acoustic duo musical evening and we found the combination of live music perfectly - typology of place, even if these types of evenings are not weekly.
The price-quality ratio is average, so I highly recommend the tavern!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo molto buono, non troppo ricercato ma con un gusto unico. La scelta dei vini è varia, sia al calice che in bottiglia, tutti di qualità veramente valida, sarebbero da provare tutti! Essendo in pieno centro parcheggi vicini non c'è ne sono, ma a 5 minuti a piedi si trovano varie possibilità. La proprietaria è molto gentile e flessibile, adattando il menu alle richieste che possono nascere. Si aspetta un po' di più per essere serviti ma vale l'attesa.
Very good food, not too refined but with a unique taste. The choice of wines is varied, both in the glass and in the bottle, all of really good quality, they should all be tried! Being in the center, there are no nearby car parks, but there are various possibilities within a 5-minute walk. The owner is very kind and flexible, adapting the menu to requests that may arise. It expects a little more to be served but it is worth the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questa osteria stasera per la notte bianca.. Posto carino. Abbiamo preso panino con la porchetta e verdure, olive all'ascolana, un po di formaggi. Da bere un bicchiere di lugana e una bottiglietta d"acqua.. Tutto buonissimo, servito dalla signora con grazia e gentilezza. Locale a conduzione famigliare... Locale alla buona come una volta... Tormeremo molto presto.. Bravi..
We were in this tavern tonight for the white night .. Nice place. We had a sandwich with porchetta and vegetables, olives all'ascolana, a bit of cheese. To drink a glass of lugana and a bottle of water .. All very good, served by the lady with grace and kindness. Family-run restaurant ... Good place as in the past ... We will be upset very soon .. Good ..

Ambiente accogliente e alla mano,
La proprietaria gentilissima ti fa sentire come a casa, essendo un lunedì non mi aspettavo niente di che ma invece abbiamo mangiato bene e anche il vino era buono.
Se mi ritrovo in zona adesso so dove andare a mangiare.

Cozy and easy-going environment,
The very kind owner makes you feel at home, being a Monday I didn't expect anything special but instead we ate well and the wine was also good.
If I find myself in the area now I know where to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osteria veramente carina, con una proprietaria, la signora Elvira, che è una donna deliziosa. Scordatevi il servizio di lusso: qui sembra di stare a casa di un amico. Si mangiano pochi piatti ma ottimi, paste fatte in casa e salumi nostrani.
Really nice tavern, with an owner, Mrs. Elvira, who is a delightful woman. Forget the luxury service: here it feels like staying at a friend's house. We eat few dishes but excellent, homemade pasta and local cold cuts.
