Attenzione al cesanese che può dare dipendenza! ? Prezzi adeguati. Consigliato. A very cheap place where hospitality and friendliness are king. The flavors are homemade and the difference is made by the homemade pasta. Beware of Cesanese which can be addictive! ? Adequate prices. Recommended.

"la Volpe" già la conoscevo e posso dire che è difficile trovare una Trattoria così AUTENTICA. Cibo eccellente, sapori autentici e genuini. Accoglienza top. Questa volta abbiamo mangiato pesce dall'antipasto, primi (il risotto alla crema di scampi buonissimo) e secondi. Qualcosa di sublime! Siccome abbiamo parentele a Olevano Romano ci torneremo ancora in questo “paradiso culinario". Prezzi onesti! I have a few years and I often eat in trattorias / restaurants in Lazio. I already knew "the Fox" and I can say that it is difficult to find such a AUTHENTIC Trattoria. Excellent food, authentic and genuine flavors. Top reception. This time we ate fish from the antipasto, first course (risotto with scampi cream delicious) and seconds. Something sublime! Since we have relatives in Olevano Romano we will come back again in this "culinary paradise". Honest prices!

Siamo andati per provare, visto che non eravamo mai andati, il posto e la cucina. Abbiamo trovato il posto molto accogliente, pulito e sobrio. Abbiamo mangiato dall'antipasto al dolce, provando dei tortelloni deliziosi, carne di buona qualità e ben cotta accompagnata da verdura ottima. Tutto molto buono e fatto in casa! Prima di pagare ci siamo soffermati a fare una piacevole chiacchierata con i proprietari. Persone gentili e simpatiche. Il prezzo di questa piacevole serata? 25 euro. Decisamente un eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio di andare a provare, per chi non lo avesse già fatto, la cucina ed il posto. Noi ci ritorneremo molto volentieri! A tasty discovery! I was last night, February 2nd, at dinner with a friend. We went to try, since we had never gone, the place and the kitchen. We found the place very welcoming, clean and sober. We ate from appetizer to dessert, trying delicious tortelloni, good quality meat and well cooked accompanied by excellent vegetables. All very good and homemade! Before paying, we stopped to have a nice chat with the owners. Kind and nice people. The price of this pleasant evening? 25 euros. Definitely excellent value for money. I recommend going to try, for those who had not already done so, the kitchen and the place. We will be very happy to return!

Qualche anno fa' quando ancora non capivo la differenza tra location bella e buon cibo optavo sempre per la location poi quando ho iniziato a capire la differenza ho scelto il buon cibo, in questo caso ottimo, divino, squisito. I would give more stars but you can't. A few years ago when I still did not understand the difference between beautiful location and good food I always opted for the location then when I started to understand the difference I chose good food, in this case excellent, divine, exquisite.

Cucina ,il forte della cass. Ricchi piatti, gustosi e prelibati. Dagli antipasti, i primi tradizionali della cucina Romana ai secondi di carne. Noi il Gruppo delle 4 cannelle di Olevano Romano abbiamo visitato diverse volte lOsteria della Volpe. Sicuramente ci torneremo a trovare i Titolari, Maria e Gianni ????? Rich, tasty and delicious dishes. From appetizers, the traditional first courses of Roman cuisine to meat second courses. We, the Group of the 4 spouts of Olevano Romano, have visited the Osteria della Volpe several times. We will certainly return to find the owners, Maria and Gianni ?????
